By butchering just prior to 30 months of age, our animals are allowed to marble to maturity. Eighty five percent of feedlot beef purchased in grocery stores are injected with hormones and butchered way too early to become prime.
Wagyu genetics create 3 times the marbling of Angus and loaded with Omega 3, omega 6 and GLA. (Health benefits are wonderful!)
We only butcher 4-6 animals per year. Processing is done at Dean & Peelers Meat Market in Poth, TX. All our beef is U.S.D.A. inspected for your protection.
Circle P Ranch has restaurant licensing to sell individual packages directly to the public. Just order what you want and we will deliver for free in Atascosa County & twice weekly to San Antonio.
